The Wine

Red wine

Red wine from the Vaudois Estate is produced from the Syrah vines (70%) and black Grenache (30%), average age of 20 years. These grapes macerate for more than three weeks to produce full-bodied wines, well structured and corpulent with a ripe, red-fruity aroma, bred in the Estate cellar. These wines can be consumed with grilled meat or in non-spicy sauces.

Rosé wine

Rosé wine from the Vaudois Estate is about 80% Grenache and is the result of a very low temperature fermentation process, which aims to preserve all the aroma freshness. These are summer wines to be consumed within the year following their fabrication.

White wine

White wine from the Vaudois Estate is made with one half of the white Grenache and the other half of white Ugni, which gives quite a sharp refreshing wine. Perfect to accompany seafood and grilled fish.

This range is complete with a one grape variety Viognier wine vinified in oak casks, bringing roundness and complexity. To have preferably as an aperitif or with fish in sauce.
